    Er zijn slechts 20 woningen beschikbaar die variëren in gebruiksoppervlakte van 127 tot circa 164 m2. Vier typen tussenwoningen en acht typen hoekwoningen en kopwoningen met mogelijkheden voor een praktijkruimte aan huis. Met recht kan gesteld worden dat elke woning uniek is.

    Daarnaast zijn er optioneel vele mogelijkheden voor uitbreidingen van zowel de begane grond als de 2e verdieping.
    De slaapverdiepingen zijn standaard voorzien van 3 of 4 zeer grote slaapkamers. En dan is er ook nog de mogelijkheid om uit te breiden tot5 slaapkamers. De verdiepingshoge vouwschuifpuien zijn een belangrijk esthetisch element voor de architectuur. Maar ook de gebruikswaarde is optimaal.

    De grote/brede vouwschuifpuien waarmee de woonkamer en iedere slaapkamer als het ware wordt opengezet naar de buitenruimte, naar het park of het water, geven een bijzondere gebruikswaarde aan elk vertrek. Door de toepassing van deze unieke vouwschuifpuien heeft elke ruimte op de verdieping het principe van een omgekeerd Frans balkon. Verder zijn de ruime badkamers voorzien van standaard hoogwaardig sanitair van Villeroy en Boch. De kranen zijn van Hans Grohe.

    Rest nog de verdiepingshoogte van 2.60 m, de onderhoudsvrije aluminium puien en de ruim bemeten parkeeroplossing van in totaal 45 parkeerplaatsen (zowel privé als openbaar) en het exclusieve wonen in Park Blankenborch is een feit.

    Appartementen

    Zowel blok 5 als blok 6 zullen het visitekaartje zijn van Park Blankenborch. De kwaliteit zet de toon voor de rest van de omgeving. Bijzonder is de architectuur met de hoge raampartijen. Door de toepassing van de verdiepingshoge vouwschuifpuien heeft elke ruimte in het appartement het principe van een omgekeerd Frans balkon. En daarmee een eigen inpandige buitenruimte. Ze ogen als slanke zwevende strips. In de gevels vindt u de subtiele verschillen in buitenruimte en overstek.

    De diversiteit in de plattegronden is gebaseerd op de ligging. De verschillende indelingen zullen elke persoonlijke voorkeur en woonwens tot hun recht laten komen. Het zal nog niet meevallen om een keuze te maken. Maar dat is letterlijk een luxe probleem. Comfortabel woont u sowieso.
    Waarom een appartement overwegen in Park Blankenborch? Voor het gemak, is misschien wel het kortste antwoord. Een appartement geldt toch wel als comfortabel en makkelijk wonen.
